Roof & Wall Panels

Aavishkar steel panels are available in 0.5 mm and 0.6 mm thickness, with a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa. Each panel is hot-dipped and galvanized with either zinc or zinc-aluminium coating for superior durability.

• Galvanized panels comply with ASTM A653, G90 standard (275 g/m²).

• Zinc-Aluminium coated panels comply with ASTM A792, AZ150 standard.

To maximize lifespan and coating performance, Aavishkar panels undergo a multi-layer protective system. The base steel is carefully pre-treated, followed by a corrosion-resistant primer and a durable top coat. The protective paint film measures 25 microns on the front side and 12 microns on the reverse side, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding conditions.
